The founder

The Aligned Agency was founded by Nikki Crowell, a strategist and writer who has spent nearly two decades working alongside founder-shaped businesses across three continents.

The work has included boutique hospitality in Florence, virtual healthcare in Sydney, premium aesthetic practice in the United States, mid-Series-A technology, and small family-owned businesses operating at the level of multinationals.

Different industries. Different scales. Different countries. The pattern was the same. The businesses that compounded were not the ones with the most aggressive marketing. They were the ones whose structure had been built to carry what the founder had already earned.

The standard

The Aligned Agency works with a small number of founders at any given time. Engagements are by application, beginning with The Clarity Compass.

The bar is specific. The founder is the work, the curation, or the credibility the business runs on. The business has earned more than its current structure can show. The founder can see, before anyone else can, that the next move is structural, not tactical.
