What it is.

The Clarity Compass is the diagnostic that begins every engagement at The Aligned Agency. It is a four-week structured read of the whole business — the brand, the offer, the operations, and the way the founder is currently spending time.

The deliverable is a single written document. The Compass memo. It names what is misaligned, what is working, what to leave alone, and what to do next.

What it is not.

It is not a strategy session. It is not a brand audit. It is not a workshop. It is the diagnostic that earns the right to prescribe.

The diagnosis comes before the prescription.

What it surfaces.

The brand condition. Is the brand operating at the level the work has already earned, or is it under-calibrated?

The offer architecture. Is the offer structured to convert the right buyer, or is it built around what's been working historically?

The operational drag. Are the systems and team structured to scale what the business has become, or to operate the business it used to be?

The founder bandwidth. Where is the founder's time going, and is that the work only the founder can do?

The next move. What is the single structural change that, if made, will compound the work of the next twelve months?

What follows.

The Compass earns the right to prescribe the work that follows. Some businesses need eight focused weeks of execution. Some need ongoing strategic counsel. Some need nothing more — the memo names the work and the founder takes it from there.

The shape of the engagement that follows is scoped by the diagnosis, not by a pre-packaged tier.

Beginning

Engagements begin with a thirty-minute conversation. The shape of the business gets named, the moment gets located, and the question of fit is honest on both sides.
